PyQt v5.9.2 and SIP v4.19.6 have been released.

PyQt v5.9.2 adds support for Qt v5.9.3 and a (very limited) QtAndroidExtras module.

There are also new releases of PyQt3D, PyQtChart, PyQtDataVisualization and PyQtPurchasing.

SIP v4.19.6 is a minor bug-fix release.
