[PyQt] QTableView items was draw differently in PyQt 5.8 and 5.9

QTableView items was draw differently in PyQt 5.8 and 5.9, I posted the detail description with images and code here

I guess there might be some built-in change in the source code of  PyQt or Qt so that caused the problem , please help !
