[PyQt] Issues with Qt.AlignJustify in QTextEdit with PyQt5

Hi,

I can't get Qt.AlignJustify to works in QTextEdit with PyQt5. It works
alright with PyQt4.

I described the issue with sample codes and screenshots here (and following
comment):
https://github.com/olivierkes/manuskript/issues/148#issuecomment-337140827

Am I doing something wrong or is that an issue on the PyQt's side?
