[PyQt] python2-PyQt5 on pypi

Hey,

I'm in the progress of developing a Gnome Nautilus plugin extension to
start my GUI from the Nautilus file browser.

Unfortunately, nautilus-python is still using python 2 at the moment.

pip2 install --user PyQt5 fails
and https://pypi.python.org/pypi/PyQt5/5.6#downloads does not list a
python 2 release.

Might it be possible to add a python 2 PyQt5 release to pypi?
