[PyQt] pyqtdeploy command not found

Hi all,

I'm new to pyqtdeploy.
I installed the latest version with pip3 and apparently it went well. 
But when I try to execute pyqtdeploy the command is not found.

My configuration is:

Ubuntu 17.10
Python 3.6.3 (distribution installation)

 From pip3 freeze:

PyQt5==5.11.2
PyQt5-sip==4.19.12
pyqtdeploy==2.1
qtconsole==4.2.1

I'm sure I missed something but I can't find what.
Can you help me to fix this issue ?
