[PyQt] mkpyqt

Hi Everybody,
.
The" Rapid GUI Programming with Python and Qt" book references a tool
*mkpyqt.py* and *mkpyqt.pyw* to process ui and rcc files. Is this a
standard tool? Is this available in pyQt5?
