[PyQt] ANN: pyqtdeploy v2.0 Released

Phil,

I think that this is a remarkable achievement, and a long time coming. The ability to crank out a one-step sysroot build for an app bundle or exe with a pyqtapp embedded in a single binary file is quite something. Great work.
