PyQt v5.11.3 has been released. This adds support for Qt v5.11.2. There are also new releases of PyQt3D, PyQtChart, PyQtDataVisualization and PyQtPurchasing.

SIP v4.19.13 has also been released. This is a minor bug-fix release.
