[PyQt] Building PyQt 5.5.1 with Xcode 10

Hi everybody.

I'm trying to build pyqt 5.5.1 with Xcode 10 and facing a weird error,
where `cstddef` header is not found. Is anybody facing this? I realized
that Xcode 10 was just released in the last week, so I was wondering if the
new version of Xcode break the pyqt building.

Once I got Xcode reinstalled I get back here to post show the integral
output.
