[PyQt] module missing?

Hello everyone.

When trying to build my project with pyqtdeploy, using python 3.7.2 I
get the following error:

If I edit the project to update the .pdy, it does not appear in
standar library xml.sax.xml.sax.expatreader, to select it.
 Is it a bug or is there a reason for this?.
