[PyQt] Remove widget from tab order settings

Hello,

We can set Tab order in the Qt-designer for the widgets, while it looks
like we cannot exclude some widgets out of such configuration, e.g. I wanna
exclude the QLineEdit widgets from Tab order settings, is it possible?
