[PyQt] FindSIP.py and FindSIP.cmake for new sip5

Hi,

Where can I find FindSIP.py, FindSIP.cmake and SIPMacros.cmake scripts
compatible with the new sip5. Since new sip version was released in PyPi,
it is not possible to compile projects dependent on it without compiling
sip4 from source.
