pyqtdeploy/can not build a project (v3.0.0)

Hi,

When I run pyqtdeploy new_project.pdt, nothing happens. No traceback, no
exit code, just a new prompt.

I looked into pyqtdeploy_main.py and it looks like the relative path
imports do not work and the interpreter raises:

ImportError: attempted relative import with no known parent package

I am on w10.
Any idea?
