pylupdate6 question

Hello Phil,

I checked the current sources of your new pylupdate6 translations 
extractor tool. As far as I can see, this will not be able to keep 
obsolete translations. Is that correct? If it is, I would like to ask 
for this feature as it eases the job of doing the translations in case a 
minor change (e.g. due to a typo) is introduced. Functionality should be 
like the '-obsolete' switch of pylupdate5.
