Issue with pyqt5-tools package

Hello Kyle,

I just installed the pyqt5-tools wheel via pip on my Ubuntu Linux 
system. When trying a "qhelpgenerator -v" I get the following error message.

qt.qpa.plugin: Could not find the Qt platform plugin "minimal" in ""
This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be 
initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

Available platform plugins are: xcb.

After I copied the 'libqminimal.so' from my Qt 5.15.1 installation into 
the pyqt5-tools package, the given command works fine. Please include 
this library (platform plugin) in future versions of the package in 
order to get a working environment for eric-ide.
