"@" symbol bug with pyqtwebengine 5.14 and 5.15

I just found another release 5.14.1 on Internet 
PyQtWebEngine-5.14.0-5.14.1-cp35.cp36.cp37.cp38-none-win_amd64.whl
and it works good too

So problem starts with 5.14.2.
I checked on Ubuntu Linux and there's no problem
