Using PyCharm IDE and cannot get modules to load for Python Package PyQt5

Hello,

I'm new to PyCharm and I'm trying to help with the development of the 
OpenLP Project. Do I have to purchase a license for PyQt5 to get it to 
work with the project I'm running in PyCharm "free edition"?
