Equivalent "--disable-feature" for sip-build/pyqt-builder?

Hi,

Trying to build PyQt5 on aarch64 which is not possible unless I disable 
PyQt_Desktop_OpenGL.
Unfortunatly I can't find any equivalent command line option to 
"--disable-feature" that can be passed to sip-install/sip-build ?
