ANN: PyQt v6.0.1 Released

PyQt v6.0.1 has been released. This is mainly a bug-fix release. There 
are also new releases of PyQt6-3D and PyQt6-NetworkAuth.

Starting with this release the corresponding bits of Qt are packaged in 
a separate wheel (which is automatically installed as a dependency). 
This will help those commercial users who are able to use the LGPL 
version of Qt. It will also allow users to explicitly select which 
combination of PyQt and Qt versions they want to use. It is planned to 
extend this change to PyQt5 in the next release.

The first release of the PyQt6 documentation is now available. This has 
yet to be populated from the Qt documentation.

Finally there are new bug-fix releases of PyQt6-sip, PyQt-builder and 
sip.
