ANN: PyQt v6.0.0 Released

PyQt v6.0.0 has been released. This is the first release of the bindings 
for Qt v6.

The documentation will follow in a couple of weeks or so.

PyQt-builder v1.7.0 has also been released. This version of pyqt-bundle 
supports PyQt6.

Also released are PyQt6-3D v6.0.0 and PyQt6-NetworkAuth v6.0.0. The 
latter contains the OAuth support that was bundled with PyQt5.
