Qt v6.1.2 Wheels Available from PyPI

Hi Phil,

I just tried the Qt v6.1.2 wheels with the upcoming eric7 and got a 
segfault right after startup before (or while) the first editor was 
shown. The OS is Linux, Kubuntu 21.4. With Qt v6.1.1 everything is 
working. Is there anything I did wrong during the update via pip?
