PyQt-builder license

Hi,

This page says that PyQt-builder is "released under the BSD license".
The README says the same.

The setup.py specifies license='SIP'.

I checked several source files in the sdist and the boilerplate at the
top of the files seems to indicate that the software is tri-licensed
under the SIP license, the GPL v2, and the GPL v3.

Which one is correct? I suspect "BSD license" is wrong, but an
explicit confirmation would be appreciated.
