ANN: SIP v6.1.0, PyQt-builder v1.10.0 and PyQt v6.1.0 Released

SIP v6.1.0, PyQt-builder v1.10.0 and PyQt v6.1.0 have been released.

Qt v6.1 is now supported with the first releases of PyQt6-Charts and 
PyQt6-DataVisualization. There are also new releases of PyQt6-3D and 
PyQt6-NetworkAuth. The naming conventions for Qt enum flags has been 
reverted to that used in PyQt v5.
