Missing libraries in PyQt6 wheels

Hi Phil,

the PyQt6 wheels for Linux are missing the following libraries. They are 
needed to get stuff working on Wayland for EGL /e.g. on a Chromebook).

Qt6/plugins/platforms:
libQt6WaylandEglClientIntegration.so.6

Qt6/lib:
libQt6WlShellIntegration.so.6 lib
