ANN: eric 21.9 released

Hello Pythonistas,

I just uploaded eric 21.9. It fixes some bugs and adds these new features.

  * MicroPython
      o extended the list of known CircuitPython and UF2 capable devices
  * Unit Test
      o added support for sub-tests

It is available via the eric web site or PyPI.
