Problem with current PyQt6 snapshot

Hi,

today I tried the latest PyQt6 snapshot on my Windows 10 virtal machine 
and got an error "No funtional TLS backend was found". Everything works 
fine with the latest official PyQt6. Both versions were installed with 
pip. What do I have to change in order to get the snapshot working?
