Missing qWebEngine(Chromium)Version()

Hey,

In Qt 6.2, qWebEngine(Chromium)Version() getters were added to
QtWebEngineCore:
https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtwebengine/+/333557

It seems like they didn't make it into PyQt so far?
