ANN: pyqtdeploy v3.2.0 Released

pyqtdeploy v3.2.0 has been released. For the most part this is a catchup 
release. All current versions of Python are now supported. Support for 
Python v3.5 and v3.6 has been dropped along with support for SIP v4 and 
versions of PyQt older than v5.14.

In order to make it easier to include pure Python packages from PyPI in 
an application it is now possible to describe them in the sysroot 
specification file rather than have to write a dedicated component 
plugin.
