Commercial wheel for PyQt5-Qt5

Hi Phil,

so if I understood you right, at the moment there is no documented way to create a commercial PyQt-Qt wheel and I have to use the LGPL version?
Perhaps you can provide me some hints how to get the PyQt-builder running?

There is an undocumented, (currently) unsupported utility called pyqt-qt-wheel included with PyQt-builder.
