PyQt6: ImportError: DLL load failed while importing QtGui

Yes, we also experienced the same issue. With PyQt6 v6.2.3 and PyQt6-Charts
v6.3.1 it worked fine in macOS, but it crashed in Windows with a missing
dll error.

We ended up updating PyQt6 to v6.3.1, but it they are incompatible it might
good to specify that in the dependencies versions in the wheel metadata.
