pyqtdeploy-build with pyqtdeploy-sysroot --sysroots-dir

To get Qt to build in a sysroot on windows I had to do a pyqtdeploy-sysroot
--sysroots-dir C:\sysroots instead of using the location of my
sysroot.toml which
is C:\familydiagram\sysroots. But it looks like the only place you can tell
pyqtdeploy-build where the sysroots dir is is in the gui under Packages
using a platform-dependent path string.

Considering the windows max path limit is so problematic and the error
messages so cryptic (could use a note in the pyqtdeploy-sysroot doc?), how
can one set the sysroots dir in the pyqtdeploy project?
