PyQt v6.4.0 has been released. This adds support for Qt v6.4.0 including 
the new QtPdf, QtPdfWidgets and QtTextToSpeech modules. It also adds the 
menu() and setMenu() methods to QAction.

There are corresponding releases of PyQt6-3D, PyQt6-Charts, 
PyQt6-DataVisualization, PyQt6-NetworkAuth and PyQt6-WebEngine.
