Can't install PyQt via pip because it ask about the license

Did you forget to mention a step before that? Regarding to the docu I
have to "download the PyQt5 sdist from PyPI". Am I correct?

I don't know what "sdist" means. The download page doesn't offer me
that.

And no matter that pip offers a "--download" option it seems to me that
pip doesn't offer to download but not installing something.
