No Qt5Compat qml module in PyQt6

It looks like the Qt5Compat Qml module/plugin is not included in the Qt
shipped with PyQt6 via pypi. Is that an oversight or by design? I'm looking
to port Qt5GraphicsEffects to the Qt5Compat.GraphicsEffects in PyQt6 in a
dev env, then deploy with pyqtdeploy.
