Little issue with pylupdate6

Hi Phil,

the pylupdate6 utility should ignore hidden directories (i.e. those 
starting with a '.') when traversing a given directory path. 
Additionally it would be useful to have a '--exclude-dir' option 
defining a glob-pattern for directories to be skipped (e.g. __pycache__ 
to exclude all Python cache directories on all levels).
