PyQt5.Qt is empty with sip 6.7.6

Hi,
 When PyQt5 is built with sip 6.7.6, the PyQt5.Qt class is empty:

In [1]: import PyQt5.Qt 
In [2]: dir(PyQt5.Qt) 
Out[2]: ['__doc__', '__file__', '__loader__', '__name__', '__package__', '__spec__']

Works fine after reverting to sip 6.7.5
