PyQt6 v6.5.2, Qt v6.5.2 etc Available on Local PyPI Server

Hi,

I did some quick tests with eric-ide and it  works fine so far. Will use 
it in day-to-day work for the next couple of days and report back in 
case I discover something unexpected.
