Critical issue using PyQt6-Qt6 on older distros

Hi,
I did some more investigations and found, that the latest PyQt6 6.5.1 is
triggering the issue. The Qt6 6.5.1 wheels work fine as long as they are
used with PyQt6 6.5.0.
