The following packages are now available for testing from the local PyPI 
server...

PyQt6 v6.5.3
PyQt6-sip v13.6.0
PyQt6-Qt6 v6.5.3

Python v3.12 is now supported.

The wheel for PyQt5 v5.15.10 for macOS is currently missing as I am 
still working on the support for Apple Silicon. I hope to get this 
sorted in the next day or two.

If there are no problems I will make the full release towards the end of 
the week.
