PyQt v6.7.0 and Qt v6.7.0 Wheels

Hi Phil,

I tried to install the PyQt6-QScintilla 2.14.2 of your local PyPI server 
with PyQt 6.7.0, but that fails. The wheel seems to be incompatible and 
building a new wheel fails. Just wanted to let you know.
