ANN: SIP v6.8.2 Released

SIP v6.8.2 has been released. This is a minor bug-fix and feature 
release.

A number of features have been deprecated (with probably more to follow) 
and will be removed in v7. Warning messages are displayed if any are 
used. These warnings can be converted to errors by specifying the 
'--deprecations-are-errors' command line option with all build tools 
(sip-build, sip-install etc).
