ANN: eric 26.6 released

Hello Pythonistas,

I just uploaded eric 26.6. It fixes some bugs and adds these new features.

  * Code Formatter
      o Removed the `black` and `isort` based source code formatting
        functionality and placed it into external plugins available via
        the Plugin Repository dialog.
  * Code Style Checker
      o Removed this plugin and placed it into an external plugin
        available via the Plugin Repository dialog.
  * MicroPython
      o Updated the list of known CircuitPython boards.

It is available via the eric web site or PyPI.
