ANN: eric 26.3 released

Hello Pythonistas,

I just uploaded eric 26.3. It fixes some bugs and adds these new features.

  * Configuration App
      o Added the capability to configure all plugins as well using the
        standalone configuration app. This requires plugins released
        after 2026-02-01.
  * MicroPython
      o Modified `/CircuitPython/` related code to be compatible with
        `/circup/` version 3.0.0 (or newer).
      o Updated the list of known CircuitPython boards.
      o Updated the list of known UF2 capable boards.

It is available via the eric web site or PyPI.
