<div>I have a PyQt5 application which I package using setuptools. I've recently, PyQt5 3.5 or later can be installed using pip3, so I presumed that PyQt5 could be specified in the 'install_required' option in my setup.py file. However, this fails to install
PyQt5 when installing my package.</div>
