Doing "pip install PyQt5" with Python 3.4 installs PyQt 5.8 for me:

I'm surprised that works - it shouldn't do as there is no sip wheel for
Python v3.4. I removed the "cp34" from later wheels because it was just
confusing people.

It doesn't - I just saw pip picking up PyQt5==5.8 (before trying to install
sip) and assuming that it works, cancelled it because I was on a mobile
connection. Whoops :)
