[QScintilla] QScintilla doesn't support input methods!

Hi folks,

I downloaded QScintilla yesterday, and I found it doesn't support inputting
in Chinese, then I looked at the code, I found there's no function
inputMethodEvent in the class QsciScintillaBase, which is necessary to
handle input methods for languages other than English.

I'm using the QScintilla from daily snapshot, compiled with Qt 4.1.2.
