[QScintilla] Problem with QScintilla2 installation under win32

Hi,

installing QScintilla2 on win32 does not copy the resulting .dll to the bin 
directory of the Qt installation but to the lib directory. This causes it not 
to be found and therfore programs using it don't work. As a workaround I 
copied it manually to the bin directory.
