[QScintilla] QScintilla v2 Status

Tonight's QScintilla v2 snapshot should be considered a release candidate.

Some planned features have still to be implemented (rectangular selection, 
input methods for example) but the release is late enough as it is. 
QScintilla v2 includes all the functionality of QScintilla v1.

Now would be a good time to submit any updated language translations.
