[QScintilla] Problem with QScintilla 2.0

Hi,

today I tried to install QScintilla 2.0. However, the Python bindings could 
not be generated. python configure.py gave the following error message:

Error: Unsupported QScintilla version: 0x020000.

After changing line 163 of configure.py from

0x020000 : None

to

0x030000 : None

configure.py worked.
