[QScintilla] Paper color not saved in the settings

There are problem.  
QsciLexer class in the QsciLexer::writeSettings, QsciLexer::readSettings not 
write/reading settings for the 
    QFont defFont;
    QColor defColor;
    QColor defPaper;

I fixed, there are patch in the atachment.

bug report, I not sure, do it's bug of QScintilla or Scintilla
